Many friends and family members recommended that Chubb are the outstanding security system and by the comments I decided to go with them. The initial response from a sales consultant to arrange the first appointment was excellent but immediately thereafter I received absolutely pathetic service. How professional does a sales consultant seem if he arrives at a client's home with a vehicle which motor cannot be be switched off, resulting in him rushing through the entire appointment.
This resulted in finer details regarding the charges and services not being explained to me. Chubb's technical team took more than two weeks to view my property and check if my alarm is in working order. It would have taken much longer if I had not requested more efficient service. The technical team was at my property in June 2013 but up till today (30/10/2013) I am still awaiting for the sales consultant to provide me with a quotation in order for my alarm system to be in proper working order.
A sales manager contacted me last week (21/10/2013) to apologize for the poor service and reassured me that the situation will be fixed. More than a week later still nothing has happened.
