We have been trying for the past 3 days to get Chubb to find out what is wrong with our alarm. half the time they put us though to the technical department, then we end up with reception in Cape Town! Besides the fact that Chubb does not even know our alarm is not working anymore, we have spent 2 hours holding on a cellphone, we were promised by Edmond that he would phone us at 9 this morning, well it's now 11.30 and we still cannot get hold of him, we are put through to non existing numbers! We are leaving to Cape Town tomorrow, and cannot not have an alarm!
