Their radio transmitter that sends a signal to their control room became faulty as it was sending alarm signals every few minutes. I phoned their technical department to book a technician to come and replace their faulty radio. I spoke to Linda. This was on Wednesday 28th of August. She confirmed an appointment for that following Friday afternoon. I phoned on Friday to confirm the appointment. I'm still waiting after various more phone calls and emails. I subsequently cancelled my service and refuse to pay your subscription for September as I had no monitoring or armed response for that month and my premises was left unsecured due to your breach of our agreement. I think I made more than enough phone calls and sent more than enough emails to your company to honour my part of our agreement.
