We have 3 Premises covered by CHUBB. Phoned to complain about not seen Chubb in the area then we see there papers in the gate 3 times a day for 3 weeks then for the next 2 months nothing. The alarm went off by the one property, no phone call from Chubb, i had to call in, was told no signal went through to there side.phoned to arrange a technician and was given a number to phone after 8 in the morning, no answer. then we had a break in and the motor bike was. Phoned Chubb was put on hold for 10 min no one came back, phoned again this time i was in Cape town and then put through to Jhb to be told wrong area will put you through, again no answer.. I COULD OF BEEN DEAD ALREADY. SHOULD OF WENT TO ADT FROM THE START. BAD VERY BAD SERVICE FROM CHUBB.
