We purchased an alarm system from ADT (partially rented). We have just had problems from day one. We have been asked about 3 times to pay our account for the installation which was paid even before the installation occured. We received remotes that are different from the ones we purchased and one remote does not even work. One passive was installed in the incorrect spot. We did not receive an indication light as promised. Our alarm goes off everyday for no reason whatsoever. The installation technicians damaged our kitchen counter and ceiling. We contacted them twice about our problems before any response was received. They eventually made an appointment to come out to fix the problems. We spesifically made an appointment for 16h00 as I had other appointments I had to attend at 18h00. They eventually showed up at 17h30 without a word of apaology so I sent them on their way. This is complete incompetence and unacceptable service from an International company. Why should I pay for services up front if this is the kind of service I will receive?
