It has been 3 weeks that I have been given the run around from one of your representatives. I was already frustrated with Chubb wasting my time but at least they had the decency to pitch for an appointment. I have been let down several times by your employee and I won't even get a call from him to apologize. The most recent time I told him I'm tired of dealing with him and to get someone to call me which I am still waiting on. I laid a formal complaint via your email address [Email Removed] but that proved unfruitful too. Maybe you and Chubb have too many customers to bother to find more. If that's the case tell your sales people not to contact us and make empty promises.
