Poor customer service

I installed a tracker September 2012 at Maponya Mall. My unit never worked and it appeared to be faulty at first. I went back to get another one installed and still it couldn't receive a connection for the 2nd time. About week later I had an accident and my car was a write off and still the unit didn't work still. Called them like nobody's business before the accident and they still told me to wait for about 2 hours and it will be fine. Now I bought another car and want a device installed but the guy from call centre said it wont be possible and I must pay full outstanding amount of the contract, and start a new contract. He also told that the warranty on the device is void and it might not pick up the signal. I can't buy a device from Netstar, it cannot be fixed so I suppose all they want its their money for services I did not receive. All I need is another device and continue with this Netstar crab then im done. Netstar doesn't take care of their customers properly and they think maybe grows in trees because they are forever debiting my account. If this can't be resolved i'm definitely blocking them in my account and taking the matter further. Netstar is definitely * me
