FAULTY DEVICE AND BAD SERVICE FROM ALTECH NETSTAR

I have a serious problem with Altech Netstar. There is a tracing device from them in my Nissan Navara. It is now over a year and the device is not working!! When I press the panic button to test the device, I receive no follow-up phone call from Altech Netstar. I am also unable to activate the alarm when I leave the vehice. Accordingly to my Insurance policy, if there is no working tracking device in my vehicle, they will not pay out any claim!! I phoned Altech Netstar several times, but everytime they just promise to get someone to phone me back. No one ever phones me back. I even went to the branch several times, but they are always too busy to assist me with my faulty device. I phoned them again this morning, but the same old story... someone will phone you back. I am really getting frustrated. I pay every month for NO SERVICE! Altech Netstar are aware of this problem, but they don't help me! This is unacceptable
