I had my car installed with a tracking device in September 2012 in Durban altech netstar offices at MacCarthy Toyota. unfortunately i got into an accident in december 2012. i reported the what had happened in order for them to stop debiting my account since the vehicle that had a tracker was no more. i was told am on a 36 months contract and therefore they could not cancel that. i was never made aware of that when i was signing the documents and did not know about those terms and conditions. i asked if i could give the device back and have it installed in my new vehicle but still they said i will need to pay. at the end of the day i do not owe anybody anything. i really feel like this is just a daylight . i am a disappointed customer.
