I've had my fair share with tracker, bought a new vehicle and decided to try another company, Cartrack.
Had to leave work early to accommodate the technician, which is fine, normally you should accommodate the client?
Technician is late, great, what a waste of time!
Worst part of it all is that I had to phone in and ask where he is, Cartrack didn't even bother to inform me that he will be late!
