I request that someone from CARTRACK contact me. Someone that can actually help me ffs. Our company vehicle was 3 weeks ago and our insurance broker kindly asked me to get the report from CARTRACK the day our vehicle was. I was the person who contacted them directly dealing with this incident.
When I phoned CARTRACK and asked to for this report needed, they kindly asked me to put the request on email (which I did). I have sent the request to Johnny's email address given to me on the 22..11.2013 10:10am.
I am still waiting for this REPORT!!! I have given up with regards to calling CARTRACK, they keep transferring me from one department to another??? I mean really? I have spoken to 8 different people and no one can HELP ME! I did not take down all the names I have spoken to (fortunate) but the people I spoke to that I remember was: Johnny - Thando - Laetitia - Jerry!
I am at the point to CANCEL our subscription from CARTRACK for ALL our company vehicles and trucks.
