BAD Customer relations and service

It took me all of 15 min to be signed up on an ADT amrmed response contract with Annemarie Mclennan (AM).

It took all of 8 days after me paying my dues to get a confirmation and any feedback from ADT AM) to get my Alarm System codes reset, install additional compaonents and service/test the system.

I got the excuse in order of it being offered
1) I did not have any emails for a few days
2) We are extremely busy
3) my phone was not functioning.

This seems like a "LETS SIGN UP CONTRACTs AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THEM" attitude.

What will happen when ADT need to respond to emergencies, does the sales people realise that their reaction times to queries are directly a reflection to the public of a perceived "SLOW reaction items from Armed response units" to be expected!!

I dont blame the Armed response units, they are generally very good and react fast. but the technical sales are the problem - they sell their product then take ages to deliver.
