I sold my car with tracker in July 2012. Cartrack has been notified telephonically, via email and fax. Cancellation forms completed and faxed. I do not owe them anything. If they did their job properly, it would not have come to this. Now they say (APRIL 2013) that I owe them money, and that they suspended my cartrack service (HELLO, I DONT HAVE A CAR ANYMORE). And that they are going to hand me over to credit bereau. And we spoke over the phone about this very same mistake on their part more than 5 times. What is this country coming to???
