I am on a month to month contract with adt and only started paying March this year and now received a notice that i will pay an Annual Admin fee this month. I was never told that i would pay any admin fee when i joined them. I do not have a term contract with them, that is why my monthly fee is higher on a month to month basis vs someone who signed a term contract. Why do i need to pay any admin fee when i am on a month to month basis.
I have phoned them now and the operator just told me that is how it is and nothing can be done. when i said i will cancel my contract she said she will make a note on my account... like that will make any difference?
I have already spoken with EPR (adt competitor in my area) and if this fee goes of i will be cancelling my contract and going to them (they are cheaper and more active in my area).
