My contract expired 31 August 2013 and ADT still decides to debit my account. I have been trying to get through to customer service but pressing the option to get to speak to a consultant it all goes back to the first option. I want Sandiselwe Mazibuko to contact me so that I can sort this out before my bank account once again gets debited for an expired contract. It is unlawful to debit my account when there is no contract. Sandiselwe Mazibuko assited me last year 15 October 2012 and i was very impressed.
