Bad Customer Service from ADT

On Wednesday 2/10/2013, I called the ADT CALL centre requesting for my recent statement ie. October 2013 statement. I was informed by a consultant that I would receive it via email.By Friday 04/10/2013, I still did not receive my statement so I called the call centre. I spoke to COMFORT who sent me the statement for September 2013. I called again and spoke to AYANDA who disconnected the call whilst speaking to me. I called back and spoke to someone else who couldn't answer as to why I was sent the September statement and not October.

At this point, I was so frustrated that I called the sales person that did my ADT application, he was on the road hence was not able to assist me but gave me a number to call the Dbn offices that will be able to assist. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me because I was dealing with incompetent people like, ASHNEE, GLANCIE NAICKER, JONATHAN KING, JOY NAIDOO and ALIDA POTGIETER. GLANCIE NAICKER took my calls, promised to speak to head office and provide feedback but did not. After calling many times and leaving several messages GLANCIE called back to inform that she did speak to someone from head office and they were going to call me. I info
