Our company signed up for an electronic listing (Web Google etc) contract. The expense is in the order of R2000 - R3000 per month. Our admin staff made several attempts at cancelling (the ROI is not working for us) the month-to-month contract via official channels. We are still being billed for this (via the Telkom bill). The last correspondence was with a Mr Gordon Mphahlele. I expect nothing less than a full credit/refund effective from first "correspondence to cancel" date.
