DISGUSTING SERVICE & ATTITUDE

On 16th of September 2013, I paid a 70% deposit for gates to be installed within "5 days or your money back" (as per their brochure & web advertising), giving Gridblok the contact on condition that the gates would be installed prior to the 25th Sept. On the 26th I was informed by the sales rep, who just stopped by unannounced, that the paperwork had been "lost" and that he had to remeasure the gates just to make sure he had not made any mistakes. At the time, I requested that they refund me my deposit as it was evident the transaction was not going well. He assured me the gates would be manufactured and installed by 30 Sept. I informed the rep the only day for installation would have to be a Sunday, as the gates were being installed at my Spa premises and installation during operating hours would be impossible. I called to confirm the installation for Sunday and met with a rude arrogant attitude from Laurika. I eventually got hold of the director, Vince, who has made no effort to ensure their obligations are met. He hasn't called me back as promised, made no arrangements for installation and does not respond to messages. They have my deposit and I have no gates! BEWARE OF GRIDBLOK
