I am furious with Chubb security, it is not the first and Only time they fail to respond to alarm signals going off, it has happend in the past and i was reassured it wont happen agin, yet they fail to deliver on service, so what am i really paying for???! for chubb security to sleep on duty??! when i need their help, the guys when they did come long after they where suppose to in the past with full sleep on their faces in early mornings around 2am 3 am etc, the nerve to ask me if i have a torch to lend them, On thursday 3 Oct 2013 around 2-30am my alarm went off some1 was trying to break in2 the out house and chub control room callled at 2-30am Only for them to call again around 3-05am to check Only to find out the chub guard on Duty didnt come, its appaulling response time cos this is a ongoing excuse from chub, then the control room calls again to tell me the guard did cum and did a perimeter check which there is no proof that he did in fact come cos i was up waiting and no1 came i live on a hill so u cant see the house fum down the road, so how on earth did the guard come check? some1 cud av died or n Chubb was no where to be found, witout customers they will not have jo
