Non delivery after Payment

I hired Gates 4 Africa (Wimpie du Toit) to install a fence for me. It was agreed that the fence would be put up that same weekend as it was very urgent so I paid the full amount for the service upfront (I'm a sucker...).

It is now 50 days later and I can't get through to contact them, when I do they have an excuse every time for why they cannot show up.

They have installed some of the fence but the wood is not treated and being damaged by the weather as it has been installed for 2 weeks, the bars do not line up straight and the wood is cracking. The gates do not line up with the fence and the gaps between the bars are big enough for my dogs to get out (which was one of my major requirements to NOT happen).

I've come to the point where the money isn't worth the effort. They can keep it... I'll get someone else to fix it.

I don't want them to contact me, this is really just a warning to everyone.
