POOR FIELD SERVICE!!!

We recently afforded Maxidor the opportunity to install burglar guards and security gates. As per Maxidor the entire installation would have been completed within two weekends. The burglar guards were installed on the date promised however during the installation the technicians caused damage to my property. When it was time for the installation of the gates it was found that the main entrance gate could not be fitted due to incorrect measurements taken. The question now arises, are the sale guys aware of what they are promising the customers or is it all about selling their product?

The sliding door gate was installed however, despite it being a slam lock gate it currently needs to be slammed at least twice before it locks. Even if we slam it once one, of the two locks, does not lock!

The whole process of starting with the fitment of our burglar guards and security gates started around end of January 2013. We are now almost at the end of March 2013.

To date my order has not been completed. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable!
