Gridblok has a number of testimonials to good service on their website so I selected them to quote me on two security gates. Jason had to come back twice to measure the front door. I had to arrange for my boyfriend to take time off work to be at the house to allow for the installation. The back gate went on smoothly but the front gate had been incorrectly measured (again). Gridblok were subsequently unable to accommodate me with installing the gate on a weekend but I cannot take more time off work to deal with this, even though I kept up my side of the bargain by paying them the full installation fee upfront. I will now have to find another service provider to do the installation of the front gate.
