4 months no service delivery

December I placed an order for 2 security gates. Paid the 60% deposit immediately and was told due to year end, installation will only be done end of Jan

End of Jan I follow up, oh no sorry, you need to pay the full ammount 1st that might be the delay. So I did. No cotact from them whatsoever. Mid Feb I follow up again. Oh no our factory moved and there isa backlog, we will hae it installed for you in the next few days. Nothing... 1st week March, surprise, they are there to install, but only 1 gate as there have been some measurement errors. But do not worry, we will have it ready for installation next week Tuesday. Nothing. We are now 1st week of April and I am still waiting???

Each time, I had to call them. They do not answer your emails, they do not bother to call you back. All they give you are excuses and internal issues. Well guess what, it is your issues, deal with it. It should not affect me. 4 months to install 2 gates is a %$#@! joke. I have informed the body corporate of my estate not to refer their services to anyone. They have no sense of customer service and do not uphold their end of an agreement
