Delay in trellidoor installation not acceptable

We were recently broken into and ordered for the installation of Trelli-dor on the recommendation of friends that same day (last week Monday) on Tuesday we paid the 70% deposit and were told we'd have the Trellidors installed by this week Friday (13 Sept) at the latest.

We may have chosen another service provider had we known that the security gate/burglar bars would be delayed till next week Wednesday (18 Sept) as we are away this weekend and our home is unprotected. Surely given the urgency of the situation, having recently been broken into, and being promised prompt installation we should be getting our security gates at a sooner date.

Trellidor - is there any way you can speed up the process and recitfy this?
