I have been a Netstar customer for more than 8 years. Last year I added a vehicle which has a cybersleuth supreme fitted to it. When I purchased my 3rd vehicle I expected to get a decent deal on the system I wished to fit. The 3rd vehicle also had the cybersleuth supreme fitted to it. On the Netstar website I noticed the advertising stating that if you are an existing customer for more than 3 years, we have a special deal for you. THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! I spoke to the call centre as well as the retentions dept. and no one knows about any special discount. So I just went ahead with the fitment anyway as i needed the unit fitted urgently. I got a friend to call who is not a Netstar customer and he was quoted the same price. I find this rather unfair and the fact that these specials are advertised this way is totally against the Advertising Standard Authority of South Africa. I request an explanation around this matter as well as compensation for my patronage.
