Contacted ADT on 12/08/2013 to request Quotation on full rewire & upgrade.
14/08/2013 Carried out payment and said an tech would assist by the 20/08/2013
Told to expect ADT Tech's @ 9am on -28/08/2013 contacted at 10am to say they were running late.
Technicians Arrives at 10:30, around 11:30 they were called away for an "Urgent client"
ADT Tech's returned at 15:00 and completed rewire, total waste of my fianc? 's day.
First time I armed the system got a false alarm, 2nd time armed got false alarm, Contacted ADT on 06/09/2013 to investigate after I realized that when arming the system on "Stay" it only armed ONE door mag!!!
Sent a follow up email on the 12/09/2013 to find the salesman was on leave, I then contacted HQ and got additional email accounts, emailed a 2nd Salesman (16/09/2013) and had the Manager and Tech's at my house the same day at 15:00, where they installed a 2nd Passive in the lounge (Double knock), that evening tried arming and the system is always busy, reported again on 18/09/2013 said he someone would phone me that afternoon or next morning and to date still no response.
TODAY 25/09/2013 - Completely!
