PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CHUBB!!

On 12/8/13 I discovered that my alarm was not linked to the control room when I pressed my panic button. Logged a call on 19/8/13 spoke to Deborah. Heard nothing for whole week. Phoned again on 23/8/13 and was told that the call was given to the tech. (Lovemore is his name) On 29/8/13 still no response from Chubb. Got nr for Meyersdal office on the web site. Phoned and complained to Desmond Watton who said that he would sort it out, also send him about 6 emails on which he never bothered to reply. 10/9/13 send a complain to Chubb Assist on the web site and received feedback from Pricilla Tshabalala saying that it was send to the relevant dept (Ref nr 00040295). Today is the 25/09/13 and still nobody has contacted me regarding my complaint.

Pls note that my alarm is not linked to Chubb control room for 6 weeks now. If my house gets broken into who is going to take responsibility for my insurance not paying out because Chubb is too useless to attend to their customers calls and complaints.

I am paying for a armed response service that is non-existent and I am going to stop my debit order at the bank today and also want to cancel my contract with USELESS CHUBB!!!
