What are we paying for?

I have also logged on to Cybersleuth "Supreme" on numerous ocasions during Nov and Dec 2013. Again and again, the system is down. Firstly showed that I have NO devices listed. Now my vehicle is in Russia somewhere? How the can you be an approved tracking company when your systems are forever down??? You have a non-existent call centre??? You cannot track the location of a vehicle???
Vehicle manufactures should BAN the use of Altech Netsar products. As a matter of fact i am going to bring it to the attention of my Insurer! If my child comes to any harm during this time I will sue for all AN has!!!
For potential customers reading this, if you care for your loved ones or your prized possession (your wheels), you cannot trust Altech Netstar to "get your own back". Rather deal with more reputable organisations and not fall for this organisation.
I require feedback as to how i go about canceling my contract. I will be approaching the CPA as well.
