Worst service and incompetent call centre

My boyfriend has a Netstar tracker device installed into his car. He recently wanted to check if it still working. He called the test center to do a test tracking if his vehicle. First attempt no one answered, second attempt someone was going to call him back and third attempt they told him to hang up the call because they are busy tracking his vechile and they will call back in a few min to tell him the results. Which did not happen. He had to call them and start the proses from the start. We now know that he's tracker is not working and was advices to book an appointment through the call centre for this to be fixed. It's been 2 weeks now. We have tried multiple if not a thousand times to book an appointment and every time we were unable because either we are given the wrong info or the telephone keeps on ringing with no answer When they do pick up they take his details and promise to call back which never happens. We even went into the Altech Netstar Midrand branch last weekend to try and see if they can help us but when we got there we were told to have a seat because the manager was busy at the time. We ended up waiting 45min to be told we will be called back which didn't happe
