MY Nissan Bakkie was on 24 April 2013 and recovered that night by Netstar. The wiring was damaged during the and the car was taken to be repaired. During repair we were notified that the tracker had been damaged and when we contacted Netstar they agreed to test the tracker and to replace it. The car was returned to us on 15 May and I phoned Tracker to test the signal. The tracker was found to be faulty and it was agreed that it would be replaced. Despite phoning everyday I still have no working tracker in the car. I have notified the insurance that the car is not protected by Tracker for which I am paying R100 a month
