I have been attempting to change my contact details with the call centre for more than a YEAR now, to no avail. ADT has the most useless administration department of any company I have ever come across. This is the third time I have had to resort to hello peter to try and resolve an admin problem with ADT. And although I am sure it will be resolved after this, I am at a loss as to why I need to go to these lengths to get any resemblance of service..!!
