I am tired of the issues with Altec Netstar. I want my tracker working and resolved you guys are charging me and invoiced me for a product that is not working. I am giving you till the end of the week to resolve otherwise you remove and cancel the contract. The activation buttons do not work the call center has sent tests to the tracker with no prevail. It does not seem to work. I also need the paperwork for the insurance I phoned Johan and asked for the paperwork for the insurance I have not received as yet the tracker was installed last week monday.
