ADT this is seriously shocking! Lets start off with the installation, when you damaged my property, this took another 7 months to resolve as the credit was never passed on my account. (After agreeing to install a R45, 000 alarm system I would think you would send a decent crew)
Since then I've had technician after technician at my premises to resolve the same fault and every time after a month I have the same fault. (Never mind that I have to wait several days for a technician every time)
The alarm is not even a year old and has never worked correctly, but NOW you won't come and repair my alarm because I'm not will to pay for repairs made to alarm system that as it has never worked correctly.
Then management is NEVER available and getting in touch with a regional manager is impossible, furthermore I've had no less than six occasions where I booked a technician that never pitched.
Your accounting is a joke (Takes forever to resolve a account few months or so and never return cal), your technicians are a joke (I've had them here 6 times and still no luck), so in fact ADT you are a joke. I will be posting this on Facebook as well, lets see if we can start a ADT is a Joke campaign
