Rude communication and atrocious service

Gate Repair Services' secretary was rude, surly and condescending. Repairs done 3 weeks ago to our electric gate stopped working that evening despite their 6 month guarantee. An invoice came a week later saying that any problems needed to be reported within 24 hours of repair which was too late notice to do so. Technicians did not arrive on the 21/08, and then after saying someone was at home from 8-3 on 23/08 came at 16:30. After telling me they could not be responsible for what their technicians did or did not do as they are so busy and I threatened to rather use another company Ray ensured me that someone would come on the evening of the 23/08. No one did and I have still not heard back from them. I asked if they would be responsible for any losses should my house be broken into since I have had an electric gate open for 3 weeks and he said he was sorry but that he did not see how this was his company's fault and that I should make myself available at whatever time the technicians arrive. Needless to say I will certainly not be paying for the original faulty repairs and will use a company that does actually bother to complete their jobs and treat their customers with respect
