Towards end Nov 2012 I notified ADT that Im considering cancelling my contract due to yet another price increase. I received a call from them the next day offering me an even lower premium than what I paid even BEFORE the increase! The only condition was that I had to bring my account up to date b4 the new premium could be implemented. At the time I was 1 premium in arrears due to an oversight in having my debit order details wrong shortly before my payment was to go from my account. Ive since rectified it & paid the arrears. Since then, 18 Dec 2012 Ive been trying to find out when my new premium would kick in & what the exact amount is, now Im being ignored! No matter how many emails Ive sent them & to different people in their accounting department or telephonic messages left, they simply dont come back to me. Until now I still dont know what I am to pay at the end of this month & sure to have yet another problem having the correct debit order amount. Im very disapointed with this TERRIBLE service as Ive been with them for many years & never had such a bad experience. I should have cancelled my contract when I was still in arrears, at least they would have called me back by now!!
