Netstar Call Centre - Horrid service

On the 05 December, I contacted the Altech Netstar call centre to upgrade my current sleuth system. Forms were emailed Dumisani Nyathi. I accordingly filled and emailed back. Its now been over two weeks with no calls or emails referring to my request. I have emailed and called. The call centre expects you to hang on for hours, when we all have jobs. I cant be sitting on a 30min call to confirm if paperwork received? What is the point of contact email addresses? The claim is a response within 3 working days. Do they actually check turn around time on these automated repsonses? They are clearly missing the mark here. If anyone knows of a worthy company, in the tracking device business, please let me know. Clearly Altech netstar no longer needs my business
