I work for a mechanical seal company. I have called ADT on Thursday to inform them that we will be moving to new premises, but I still have not received any feedback.
We are moving tomorrow and will not have any monitoring at our new premises.
I think it's unacceptable for a service provider to take more than 4 days to give feedback
