UNRESPONSIVE SUPPLIERS ND POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I INSTALLED A TRACKER LAST YEAR AND OUR BATTERY WAS FLAT MOST OF THE TIME - I REQUESTED THE UNIT BE DE ACTIVATED IN DEC SO WE COULD DETERMINE THE CAUSE.IN JUNE UPON MY RETURN TO WORK AFTER BEING AWAY ON MATERNITY LEAVE I CONTACTED NETSTAR TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WILL COME RE CONNECT THE UNIT AND AMONGST THE ENQUIRY I ASKED WHAT IT WOULD COST TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND WAS GIVEN THE ESTIMATE.THE LAST CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM WAS THAT A TEAM BASED IN WITBANK WOULD COME OUT TO ME ON 17.07.2013 TO TEST THE UNIT & IF IT WAS DEFECTIVE THEY WOULD REPLACE IT BUT UNEXPECTEDLY AND WITHOUT CONSENT AN AMOUNT OF 1780.12 WAS TAKEN OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I DID TRY ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE FOR AN EXPLANATION BUT UNFORTUNATELY I REMAIN UNSUCCESSFUL - THIS IS TRULY PATHETIC.
