Not a happy Tracker client

I have always been a Netstar client, but as BMW offered Tracker to be installed before you take delivery, I became a Tracker client. My mom was brutally attacked in her house the other day and she said she offered them her car, as she knew she had Netstar who would get her car back. I decided to test my tracker. They could not pick it up. I replaced the battery in the little unit thing, went through the whole procedure (that I had to ask to have it e-mailed more than once), just got back after not having the little thing in the car with me and still no response from Tracker. Now I wonder if it has ever worked!!! Am I paying for a service that I do not receive? I have had the unit for 2 years and according to the call centre I have a 3 year contract and have 24 months left? Maybe I can't do maths? I live in an area where we average 1 to 3 high jackings a day and I REALLY feel comfortable knowing my car has [no] Tracker installed. Please let me know how I can cancel the contract as I trust Netstar and would rather go back to them.
