I have signed up for two new contracts in June on the Jacaranda special. The special was for two months free subscriptions. Geus what I was billed for both the months. I have tried and tried to get my refund and no one wants to help. Samantha their MD's PA refuses to take my calls and never responds to my emails. This is false advertising and the public has a right to know.
I have recorded my constant emails to them but they do not respond. All I am asking is for some one to sort this out. Please can some one tell me which way to go about sorting this out.
