NEW FAULTY DEVICE

The device was installed 3 weeks ago and I wanted to test at as my car was packed.
I called C-tracker on friday 09 Aug 2013 to track where my car is and i was informed that the car cannot be tracked due to the faulty device.
Nkululelo informed that he has informed the repair department to call me on Saturday to arrange for repairs, it is Monday today and nobody has called me and I have called them today and I'm still waiting for them to call for a repair.
I want to cancell today and don't want Car tracker anymore.
they are unprofessional.
