IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN SIMPLE INFORMATION

I have sent e-mails to a senior credit controller at ADT's Sandton office and to their [Email Removed] address. The latter sent an automated acknowledgement under "ticket number E7414CC5129E6". I have also e-mailed Tyco International Limited, ADT's parent company, and again received an automated acknowledgement under reference 724652-724652 from their "Tyco Global Accounts" department. Apart from the automated acknowledgements advising that a representative would contact me, I have heard nothing regarding my e-mails.

I have written two letters to Mr R Rawlins, described as a managing director, and have received neither an acknowledgement nor a response.

All I require is to be informed how two items charged to my account were calculated.
