I had a serious issue with Mix Telematics re contracts. Without boring everyone with details let me just say that initially I experienced the customary disregard and nonsensical policy quotes which infuriated me. Fortunately for me, I saw posts on and stated my issue to Andre Holtzhausen & Shavonne Paul on 14 Jan at 22:00 via email. I was totally floored when I saw a response email from Andre the next morning at 7:00 (that's am) informing me that they will investigate, by 9:48 I received another email from Shavonne informing me that the issue has been resolved. Unbelievable professionalism and competence from both these people. Thank you guys, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you, I really do hope your employer is conscious of your value and appreciative of your effort. All of the best.
