Mixt Telematics just mess up with customer's contracts irresponsibility and takes money from customer's accounts so quickly.
In Dec. 2012, Mix loaded a vehicle to my contract without my authorization and without informing me. And they start taking money from my bank account. After a long process luckily I got my money back.
Now two month down the line the same thing happen to me again, they loaded another vehicle to my contract without any of my knowing and authorization. I called their call centre and awaiting for them to investigate further and get back to me. Such a! You should do your investigation when you load a new vehicle to someone, and make sure you are doing a correct thing!
This is an ugly and unacceptable service! How could you just load a vehicle to another person got nothing to do with it? Do you people know what you are doing?
Everyone should keep eyes on your contract with Mix Telematics, they are not reliable!
