On 5 February 2013 I called Mix Telematix to cancel the service on our two vehicles. The lady I spoke to then told me to send an e-mail to the cancellations department, which I did.
Up to yesterday, 14 February 2013, I did not receive any feedback or call from them.
Yesterday I wanted to lodge a complaint on "Hallo Peter". I then saw another complaint where Shavonne Paul responded on and resolved the problem.
I decided to send a e-mail to her and this morning I received back an e-mail from her where she promised to look into the matter and within an hour I received feedback from her that the service is cancelled.
THAT IS SERVICE. Please let the other staff learn from her.
