Failing to resolve issue

Email has been sent 2 months ago to the lady that response to hellopeter complaints but still matter exist.
After following up myself, I was promised that the matter will be resolved by close of business (that day).
I still have the issue, and I utterly tired of talking as this just goes round and round from person to person. If this problem persist and is not resolved, please release me from my contractual obligation with matrix so that I may find another provider that can offer me the proper service that i am paying for.
