Shavonne Leandra Paul has done it again! In July last year, she restored my faith in the terms "great service" and "going the extra mile" when sorting out a problem that I had when my wife purchased a new vehicle and could not transfer her old Matrix unit as it was out of date. This time it was my turn with the same problem and I contacted Shavonne once again. She not only sorted the problem for me in record time as I was about to leave for vacation, but she liased with installers, her accounts department and a host of others to ensure that everything ran without a hitch. It is very rare in today's business world to deal with someone who is intelligent, efficient, committed to providing good service and follows through with what they promise.
