I have been a client of Mix Telematics for a few years now. Recently, I have been dealing with Shavonne Paul at the customer service desk.

With most large companies, I end up throwing my toys around to get some form of assistance. MIx was no different until Shavonne arrived on the scene. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and generally makes problems go away, either herself or gets someone to do it.
