Last month I tested my tracking unit and found it was not operating as expected, - so I called the call centre, where the agents were not able to assist, so I asked for the manager and spoke to a polite, friendly and very helpful lady by the name of Shavonne.
She listened, understood the problem and offered to have my unit replaced with the latest tech, at no cost to me! WOW! Was I surprised! She definitely made up for the shortcomings of the call centre staff.
Not without a few glitches, the new unit was installed and EVENTUALLY everything is working as expected.
All throughout this time, Shavonne kept in telephonic and e-mail contact with me and promptly responded to my calls/e-mails.
Thank you Shavonne! You truly are an asset to your organisation and thanks your wonderful assistance, I haven't left Matrix for one of your competitiors.
