On 23/5/2013 I let them install a tracking system. on 28/05/2013i advise them to change my banking details from fnb to standard. obviously this didn't happen. on 24/05/2013 one of there managers contact me as I need to know more details on the system. we agreed that their technician will be visit me on the Monday to install a panic button. this didn't happen. when I phone them today, they advise that my account has been handed over. this came as a surprise. in 5 years with tracker I didn't have any problems like this. I would like it if I have received a call to advise me on the non payment of the debit order. I want them to remove this system from my car as I would rather feel more comfortable with tracker as they even phone me when their system has been disconnected. what security do I have that my car will be traced when or even them attend to a panic- if it was installed- when activated. it is easy to say that musnt loose my temper, after 3 of my cars have been and never recovered, and this after they have seen the culprits on cctv.
